This sector is represented by Kayan Real Estate Company (KREC), which was established in the late eighties. They all shared a common vision for the future of Kuwait’s hospitality markets. Currently KREC has a paid-up capital of KD 4 million with the intention to increase the capital in the future. It will be responsible to own and develop the hospitality and real estate businesses of AHC:

- Le Meridien Kuwait Hotel.
- Ritz Hotel ( sharq).
- Ritz Hotel ( Salmiya).

- Corniche Hotel.
- Le Meridien Tower.

Dar Al-Khadamat Compay.
The company’s main objective is to provide support services to A’amal various projects like construction, interior works.  Furthermore, the company operations have expanded to internal support catering to other companies.  

KAYAN REAL ESTATE CO. - Laundry

Masabegh Cleaning Co.
Masabegh Company, formerly A'amal’s Services Company, was established to handle in-house laundry needs of the Le Meridien and Ritz Hotel groups.
This company expanded Oxygen laundry brand to provide laundry and cleaning services to exterbak corporate and individual clients.
